The Property
- Atmosphere
Baltimore is a very popular and cosy bungalow in its own private garden. It is centrally heated and double glazed. It is furnished in a modern style and is decorated throughout in neutral colours which give a feeling of light and space.
- Sleeping
There are three bedrooms at Baltimore. The double-bedded room (adjacent to the bathroom) has a built in wardrobe and dressing table and has a view of the garden. The single room with basin, built in wardrobe and shelf space is also adjacent to the bathroom. The last bedroom is fitted with cupboards, wash basin and full sized bunk beds, and if required it is possible to fit a cot in here.
- Bathrooms
The tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath, a basin and loo. There is also a separate small cloakroom with wash basin and loo.
- Living
The sitting room has triple aspect windows and patio doors which lead into the garden and patio area. There is an open fireplace, wide screen television, dvd/video, sofa and chairs, a small dining table and chairs, and a bookcase with a good selection of reading matter and videos for young and old alike.
- Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with a new cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cupboard and workspace.
- Facilities
The freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner are all out in the integral garage which is now looking like the utility area. In the garage you can store the garden furniture as well as the barbecue although actually putting the car in the garage is no longer an option!
Outside
Baltimore stands in its own large garden laid mostly to lawn and is surrounded by a tall hedge affording protection from the wind and giving you privacy. There is a terrace outside the sliding doors, with metal table and chairs, as well as a pair of wooden seats. The property sits right in the centre of the garden surrounded by lawn on all sides.
Nearby
The beach is about 350 yards away and the golf club a little further in the opposite direction, so that golfers, surfers and beach lovers alike are all catered for. Even shopping can be done on foot by visiting the local store, Constantine Bay Stores. Here you can purchase nearly all your needs and lots of other things too!! With Des’ surf shop next door to Constantine Bay Stores, and the Golf Club bar and restaurant close by, you really can park up the car for most of the week if you wish.
