The Property

  • Atmosphere

Seascape is a well-loved single storey property in prime location at Constantine Bay. It has been in the same family for many years, and has regular guests who come year after year. Although not overly large, Seascape allows 6 adults and 4 children to live easily and comfortably. It has been updated regularly, while still retaining a perfect atmosphere for a family summer holiday!

  • Sleeping

There are 5 bedrooms at Seascape. The main bedroom is found at the far end of the house and has been recently redecorated with new paintwork, basin, carpets and curtains. It is normally made-up as a large double bed, but as in two of the photos, can be prepared as 2 singles. The 2nd double is also equipped with a basin. There are 2 bunk bed rooms which are most suitable for children and teenagers, while the newly finished twin room can be found at the back of  the house.

  • Bathrooms

The 2 bathrooms are modern and well equipped. One has a bath and overhead shower with solid screen. The 2nd has a power shower.

  • Living

The living room can be found just to the right of the hall, and is a nice, cosy space to relax or watch TV. It has a relaxing window seat to watch any activity out in the garden. The kitchen may often though be the hub of activity.

  • Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is a long welcoming room with wood floors and a large wooden armoire - facing onto the garden outside via 2 large windows. There is plenty of work surface, a 4 ring electric hob and oven. The dining table dominates one end of the room, with seating for 10. Its a fun place for family meals at any time of day. The 2 wooden pub tables/benches outside ensure there is plenty of space to eat out whenever the weather allows.

  • Facilities

Seascape has a washing machine, small tumble dryer and dishwasher. A TV and DVD is provided in the sitting room. There is double glazing throughout.

Outside

The garden outside is a large flat space laid to lawn, and extending around to the back of Seascape where a back door leads out to a suntrap perfect for your morning coffee. Around on the main lawn there is plenty of space for cricket or football. Although not huge, the garden is always well-used for fun, relaxation and games.

Nearby

Seascape can be found 1 house back opposite Constantine Bay Stores and Constantine Bay surf store.  Trevose Golf Club is minutes walk away, providing access to the most spectacular golf course, tennis, swimming as well as a thriving bar and restaurant available to all. The well-stocked Constantine Bay Stores couldn’t be closer, with a range of quality goods that should allow you to avoid your car and the supermarket for quite a while on your stay. The surf-shop next door will ensure you are well-informed and well-equipped to enjoy the wonderful beaches and surf on your doorstep – whether you wish to buy or rent your wetsuits and boards, or just have your first surf lesson.

The beach at Constantine can be reached down the beach road past the shops, or down a small footpath from the corner of the golf club and along the edge of the golf course. The path emerges in the middle of the fantastic dunes at the top of the beach after less than 10 minutes walk.

St Merryn is the nearby village providing pubs and shops, as well as a number of restaurants including Rosel and Co for a very special dining evening. Padstow is only 10 minutes drive away -with its array of boutique shopping and gourmet food.
