- Built new in 2020-21, Morwynsow is setup with the huge and very light living space on the first floor, to take full advantage of the far reaching views across farmland; while the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are all located off the wide entrance hallway below
- The fitted kitchen and bathrooms are of high quality, and all the bedrooms are spacious and light. Large bifold doors lead out of the living space onto a broad and wide sunny balcony, while downstairs, both main bedrooms have French doors out to the rear terrace and garden
- Pubs, restaurants, bars, food stores and a surf shop are all within an easy walk in St Merryn, while wonderful sandy beaches and Trevose Golf Club are just a couple of minutes drive away. Padstow with its famous restaurants and shops is just 5-10 minutes drive away
- Morwynsow is professionally cleaned by the Raintree housekeeping team. For stays of two weeks or more, the house will be cleaned and the bed linen and towels changed weekly

Morwynsow is a immaculate, contemporary and spacious family home offering wonderful countryside views, open plan living and four bedrooms to sleep eight guests. Perfectly located just a short drive from the golden sands of all the Seven Bays' beaches, Morwynsow promises a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The house is within walking distance of Rick Stein’s pub, The Cornish Arms, as well as the rest of the village shops and restaurants.
- Kitchen, living and dining
Taking up the entire first floor, the open plan kitchen, living and dining area is a wonderful social space where everyone will want to gather at the end of a day spent exploring. Natural wood floors, comfy furniture in coastal inspired hues and Velux windows ensure that this is a light and tranquil place to spend time. Bifold doors open out onto a balcony where there is a hanging teardrop chair – the perfect spot to nestle with an aperitif while taking in the uninterrupted view across the fields. The cooks in the party are well catered for in the sleek and modern kitchen which is equipped with all mod cons to make holidaying easy. There’s space for everyone at the sizeable dining table with bench seating and two carver chairs.
- Bedrooms
Downstairs off the galleried hall discover four spacious bedrooms, all with velvety soft carpets and a restful beachy vibe. The master room enjoys its own ensuite shower room with walk in shower, basin and loo. French windows open onto the terrace – the ideal spot for a morning coffee in the sunshine. The second bedroom is a double, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. A twin and a bunk room complete the bedrooms at Morwynsow.
- Bathrooms
Both the family bathroom and ensuite are luxuriously finished with high end fittings. Both have back lit mirrors and waterfall showers. The family bathroom has a separate bath for long, lazy holiday soaks.
- Outside
Morwynsow’s enclosed garden provides a terrace for alfresco eating and a large level lawn for children and four-legged friends to burn off steam. In the summer, this is a real suntrap, perfect for leisurely days under blue skies and Cornish sunshine.
- Facilities
Morwynsow has a useful utility room where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer. This is also home to a table tennis table, dartboard and wall mounted TV making this the perfect den for children to hang out away from the adults. Dogs should stay in the utility room and must not go into the main house. Outside a hot shower is provided for cleaning off sandy dogs, children and wetsuits. On the drive, there is parking for 3 cars.

Morwynsow is located back from the beaches in the village of St Merryn with a range of pubs, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Less than a five minute drive (or around a 35 minute walk if you're feeling energetic) will take you to Constantine Bay or Harlyn Bay. Morwynsow is also perfectly located for visiting the quaint, yet vibrant fishing port of Padstow, bustling with shops and restaurants. Trevose Golf Club is also within easy reach of Morwynsow.

Lovely place to stay, beautiful views and really central to so many of the beaches in the area! The house was amazing and really spacious, we can’t wait to go back!
