  • Atmosphere

Perfectly situated within walking distance of the golden sands at Constantine Bay, 1 Treglos Gardens is a brand new three bedroom semi-detached home on the prestigious Treglos development. An upside down arrangement with a glass fronted balcony ensures the house takes full advantage of the sea views in the distance. Come sundown, head to the bubbling hot tub for some evening relaxation.

  • Sleeping

There are three bedrooms, all on the ground floor – one king size with an ensuite walk in shower, loo and basin, one double and one bunk room. The king sized bedroom has a boutique hotel feel and overlooks the front of the house. Decorated in neutral shades of grey, this is a wonderful calm place to retreat to after busy days by the sea. The double bedroom is at the back of the house and has a wardrobe and chest of drawers so there’s plenty of room for those holiday clothes! The final bedroom is a bunk room, furnished simply with white bunk beds, a single wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and a wall mounted TV – this is the perfect place for children or teenagers to hang out.

  • Living, cooking and dining

Upstairs the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is a wonderful social setting and extends the entire length of the house. Neutral colours and minimalist design offer a chic beach side ambience. A glass fronted balcony is the perfect space to enjoy an evening aperitif while watching the sun set over the coast in the distance. Inside you can relax and watch favourite films on the sumptuous sofa, whip up a feast in the kitchen and enjoy lazy suppers using the best Cornish produce at the table. I Treglos Gardens combines laid back living and chic coastal style whatever the occasion.

  • Bathrooms

There are two chic and stylish bathrooms at the house. The first is an ensuite off the master room and is beautifully finished with contemporary tiling and a walk in shower. The family bathroom also resides on the ground floor and has a similar high spec finish with a bath with shower over, loo and basin.

  • Facilities

The house is centrally heated throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooker and hob for easy holiday living. There is a smart TV in the living area and a further two televisions downstairs; one in the bunk room and another in the double bedroom. Electric vehicle charging is possible at the house.

  • Outside

Step outside and a bubbling hot tub awaits. Open up the glass doors to reveal a large decked balcony which becomes a welcome extension to holiday living in the warmer months. Fire up the barbeque and dine alfresco. Then, once night falls, soak in the hot tub and gaze up at the stars. The hot tub will ordinarily be available the morning after your arrival to allow it to get up to the correct temperature. If you do not wish to use the hot tub during your stay, then we are able to offer a discount of £150.00 off your booking. Please inform us at the time of booking if this is the case.

Hi, we had a lovely time at Treglos Gardens, really quite sad it’s all over . We keep saying this time last week we were having a bbq or having a cappuccino on the balcony.

Also your company as I was so appreciative of how you sorted a gate for our dog made by the caretaker, the lovely tea and biscuits on arrival and the special bottle of wine for my belated birthday, booked a few Cornwall breaks before and never had the above and beyond treatment like this before, even before we booked you have been so helpful and informative about the property with my relentless emails .
