A covered area at the rear of the property is stocked with garden equipment, table tennis table, and provides covered storage for golf clubs or surf boards
- Cornerstones is professionally cleaned by the Raintree housekeeping team. For stays of two weeks or more, the house will be cleaned and the bed linen and towels changed weekly

Cornerstones effortlessly combines luxurious living with beautiful simplicity. With light and airy spaces, guests can expect high end living and contemporary décor all within a short walk of wonderful Constantine Bay beach and popular Trevose Golf Club.
Cornerstones light and airy vibe is evident as soon as you walk into the entrance hall. With clean, fresh lines, the double height hallway floods the downstairs with Cornish sunlight while Scandinavian style washed wood floors and the glass edged floating staircase enhance the feeling of space. The house is decorated throughout in seaside neutrals and ocean colours to really bring ‘the outside in’ and complements Cornerstones fantastic coastal location.
- Sleeping
There are four well-appointed bedrooms at Cornerstones, all on the ground floor and three with ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom is set up as a twin but can be made as a king on request (2ft 6 single beds). This room is simply furnished and has a dual aspect view over the front garden. The second bedroom is a king and occupies the corner of the house and has its own luxurious ensuite with huge walk in shower finished in glossy cream tiles. The spacious master room overlooks the rear garden and benefits from an ensuite with a walk in shower and a luxurious deep oval bath – perfect for sinking into after a lazy day on the beach! The fourth bedroom is a double, also overlooking the back garden and has its own ensuite with walk in shower, loo and basin.
- Bathrooms
The bathrooms at Cornerstones are chic and sophisticated, designed with luxury in mind. All have glossy tiles, large walk in showers and premium fixtures and fittings. Three bedrooms benefit from their own ensuites and there is also a family bathroom plus a further shower and toilet off the utility room.
- Kitchen, living and dining
The first floor living area combines cooking, eating and relaxing in a light filled space which opens out onto a glass enclosed balcony deck with outdoor furniture. This area is a fantastic social hub, flooded with natural light from all sides. The cooks in the party are well catered for in the sleek and contemporary kitchen which is equipped with all mod cons for relaxing holiday living.
Enjoy some food at the elegant dining table then after dinner, sink into one of the two sumptuous sofas, or mix up a cocktail and head out onto the balcony and watch the sun go down over Trevose Head in the distance. This really is a great laid back space for beach living Cornwall style.
Off the main living area is a separate snug with a wall mounted TV, a telescope for some star spotting and a snooker table for some competitive family fun.
- Facilities
The house has a downstairs utility room with a sink and cupboard storage. Off the utility is a further shower room, with a loo and basin. There is ample parking for three or four cars on the drive at the front of the house.
- Outside
Cornerstones has large front and rear gardens. The rear garden has a terrace which extends the length of the house, providing ample space for alfresco dining and sunbathing. The covered area in the back garden is well stocked with garden equipment for lazy days in the sunshine and also provides a convenient place to store wetsuits, surfboards and golf clubs. There is also a table tennis for some fast-paced fun with all the family.
