- Four out of the five bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, allowing your group to make the most of the stunning sea views from the first floor and its open-plan living accommodation. French doors off the living area lead out to a large balcony with seating.
- Private and attractive lawned gardens at both the front and back of the house, complete with outdoor dining furniture, sunbeds and firepit.
- This house is professionally cleaned by the Raintree housekeeping team. For stays of two weeks or more, the house will be cleaned and the bed linen and towels changed weekly

Little Tremawr is a spacious, detached house set on a large plot in a prime position in Constantine Bay. Accommodating two to three families in five bedrooms and with four bathrooms, the property makes holidaying with family and friends fun and relaxing. Little Tremawr is decorated in coastal tones throughout; the bathrooms are modern with quality fixtures and fittings.
The light and bright, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area upstairs provides a fantastic space and leads out to a large balcony through French doors. Take a seat with your morning coffee and look out over the sea in the distance.
- Sleeping and bathrooms
Little Tremawr has five bedrooms - one king room with two single beds, one king ensuite with an optional single bed on request (allowing the house to accommodate 13) and three twin bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a super king on request). All bedrooms with the exception of the king room with two single beds are located downstairs, allowing you and your group to make the most of the spectacular sea views from the open-plan living area from the first floor. All bedrooms offer vast amounts of space and are comfortably furnished. The king bedroom with two single beds upstairs looks out over the large, well-kept back garden.
Little Tremawr makes holidaying with friends and family easy and ensures there are no fights over the bathroom. The king room with an optional single bed has its own ensuite bathroom, recently renovated and finished to a very high standard. There are two family bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs - and an additional shower room just off the entrance hall next to the utility room.
- Living, dining & kitchen
The upstairs, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is undoubtedly the hub of Little Tremawr, off which French doors lead out to a balcony with wicker chairs and a sea view. The perfect space for socialising after a day at the beach, you'll find three comfy sofas and an armchair arranged in a square in front of the Sky Q TV.
Back downstairs, you'll find a snug/ TV room, ideal for keeping the little ones entertained whilst the grown-ups have dinner perhaps. The TV comes complete with full Sky HD+ and a DVD player.
The house is centrally heated throughout. There is wireless broadband but no landline telephone. Mobile reception is generally OK. A utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer.
Little Tremawr offers space by the bucket load outdoors with both a large front and back garden. The private rear garden offers the space for relaxation and games. There is a patio area with sun loungers, a wooden table and chairs for dining al fresco, and a firepit, doubling up as BBQ.
The driveway offers ample room for parking at least four cars.
A five-minute walk from the property will take you to Trevose Golf and Country Club and all of its family-friendly facilities, whilst just a ten-minute walk and you'll be on the beach at Constantine. One of the best beaches in Cornwall, renowned for its surfing and its space to escape from the madding crowds, even in the height of summer, Constantine Bay is life-guarded throughout major holiday periods.
Constantine Bay Stores is on your doorstep at Little Tremawr, with a surf shop next door, selling and hiring all the surfing equipment you'll need.
St Merryn and Padstow are both within easy reaching distance in the car if you fancy a spot of shopping or a wander around an art gallery. You'll find an array of restaurants in Padstow, from casual through to fine dining, showcasing the finest Cornish seafood.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Little Tremawr, it’s an ideal location and the house is very well equipped. We loved the upside down living area and balcony.
The welcome cake and tea with milk in the fridge was lovely and very much appreciated.
I loved that this is one of the few rented properties I’ve had that has recycling. Something I feel strongly about.

We so enjoyed our family week at Little Tremawr. What a super house. It was so comfortable and ideal for our family holiday – it was a real treat and we all thoroughly enjoyed the week. The house was so well equipped, extremely comfortable and so ideally located – we loved being so close to the shop! My mother has holidayed in Constantine Bay since 1947 and reckoned it was the best house!!
