No 8 is a well-equipped single storey bungalow set just a few minutes back from the beach at Constantine Bay. The living areas are open-plan and have a light and airy feel, with pale wood flooring and neutral furnishings to give a contemporary and beachy feel. Perfectly suited for surfers, families, and beach lovers, the apartment also offers practical touches: storage for boards, drying racks for wetsuits, and enough activities on the doorstep to keep you occupied for a full week without ever needing to jump back in the car.

Living, cooking and dining

Inside, No 8 is light-filled and welcoming, with an open-plan layout to maximise the space and bring together the kitchen, dining and living areas.  Sliding doors open onto the terrace, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or evening drinks. In the lounge, a vintage Ercol sofa and matching chair in soft neutral fabric is both timeless and comfortable. A Sky Glass TV provides access to your favourite shows, ideal for lazy evenings with the family after a day at the beach. The kitchen at No 8 is particularly well-equipped with all mod cons to make self-catering easy including a slim-line dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. There’s a Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers and a Soda Stream which is sure to make the younger members of the party happy! Off the living area is a dining table and chairs – perfect for family meals or board games after a beach day.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are three bedrooms at No. 8 Sandhills. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a handy ensuite shower room, creating a calm retreat after long days beside the sea. The two additional bedrooms each offer 2ft 6" twin beds that can be zipped together to create king-size beds if preferred—perfect for families or couples travelling together. Though the rooms are snug in size, they’re thoughtfully designed to make the most of every inch, creating uncluttered spaces for restful holiday sleep.

There are two bathrooms at the apartment, both with modern fixtures and fittings. The master ensuite has a walk in shower, basin and loo, while the family bathroom has a bath with handheld shower, basin and loo – ideal for bathing sandy children or relaxing after an active day on the beach.

Facilities

No. 8 Sandhills has been thoughtfully equipped with comfort and convenience in mind—perfect for families and friends sharing time by the sea.

USB charging points are built into the lounge sockets, so everyone can keep their devices topped up without the usual tussle over plugs. A selection of classic board games is available for relaxed, screen-free evenings or as a way to pass a rainy afternoon.

The apartment is kept cosy year-round with efficient electric heating, while both bathrooms feature underfloor heating for warmth beneath your feet.

Wireless broadband is available throughout, helping you stay connected and communal parking for up to three cars is provided at the front of the complex.

Surfers have access to drying racks for wetsuits and there is a handy store cupboard for boards.

Outside

No 8 Sandhills shares communal gardens with the other apartments on the site. The grounds have benches dotted about for relaxing or for having garden picnics while a footpath through the grounds has direct access to the beach road.

Nearby

Trevose Golf Club is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing access to the golf course, tennis courts, and useful swimming pool as well as a thriving bar and restaurant available to all. The well-stocked Constantine Bay Stores is also a few yards away, with a range of quality goods that should allow you to avoid your car and the supermarket for quite a while on your stay. Constantine Bay surf shop (next door to the stores) will ensure you are well-informed and well-equipped to enjoy the wonderful beaches and surf on your doorstep – whether you wish to buy or rent your wetsuits and boards, or just have your first surf lesson.

St Merryn is the nearby village providing pubs and shops, as well as a number of takeaways restaurants including Rafferty's or Reggie’s Street Food for dining out. Padstow is only 10 minutes’ drive away -with its array of boutique shops and gourmet eateries.
