- Off the beach road in a quiet spot behind the dunes at Constantine Bay, The Look Out is immaculate inside and out, and so close to the wonderful beaches of Trevose, some of the best local food, Constantine surf shop and Trevose Golf Course
- With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and luxurious furniture and fittings throughout, The Look Out is perfect for groups of 6 or less. Parking is easy, and there is a hot/cold outside shower. Other features include a Quooker tap, Samsung OLED TV with Sky Sports and Apple TV, Siemens appliances, and a 7KW EV Charger.
- Roof terrace with seating for drinks and expansive views across Constantine Bay to Trevose Head, as well as a large front terrace and good quality garden furniture
- Rooftop work studio with 2 screens – to help those who have to occasionally touch base with work, or maybe for teenagers who just can’t get away from some occasional social gaming
- This house is professionally cleaned. For stays of two weeks or more, a change of linen is available weekly, by arrangement.

- Atmosphere
The Look Out occupies a prime corner spot on the prestigious Treglos development in Constantine Bay. Effortlessly combining clean Scandi lines with luxurious open plan living, The Look Out is the epitome of seaside chic and a stay here is sure to be memorable. Quality and style combine with the highest eco-credentials such as a ground source heat pump and quadruple glazed internorm windows. The sweeping sands of Constantine Bay are just a few minutes’ walk from the front door. After a day spent on the beach, come back and enjoy alfresco dining on the patio or head up to the roof terrace to watch the sun set in the distance.
- Living
Coastal living is easy at The Look Out. Huge open plan spaces filled with light offer a harmonious balance between the sleek interior and the natural environment outside. The living space has a high end, minimalist aesthetic, highlighted by the large glass sliding door which leads out onto the terrace. A large corner sofa, with space for everyone to enjoy time together, is arranged to take advantage of the views across the garden and down towards the coast. Entertainment is covered with a large OLED TV, complete with Sky Sports and Apple TV.
Leading off the living space, the kitchen is glossy and modern and is equipped with all mod cons to make life easy, including oven and hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, wine cooler and a Quooker tap for on demand hot water. A ceiling window floods the room with light, making this a lovely area to whip up Cornish inspired menus. The dining table comfortably seats 8, allowing everyone to gather for a hearty breakfast or to enjoy a lazy holiday supper after a day spent exploring.
- Sleeping
Three inviting and well-appointed bedrooms, one with an ensuite, lead off from the living area. Cool white walls, crisp cotton linen and tactile soft furnishings ensure that each bedroom is a comfortable and relaxing space to wind down in after a busy day holidaying. The master room features a sumptuous superking bed and has sliding doors leading to a private terrace – perfect for that morning coffee in the sunshine. The second bedroom is also a light and bright superking and can optionally be made as a twin for full flexibility. The final bedroom is a twin, and again for extra flexibility, can be made up as a superking if needed. Fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms ensure there is plenty of space to put those holiday clothes!
- Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms at The Look Out; an ensuite to the master bedroom with indulgent walk in waterfall shower and a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
- Facilities
The Look Out has parking for two cars on the driveway with a 7kw charger for electric cars available if needed. There is underfloor heating throughout ensuring that a winter stay here is cosy too. For when work needs must, a roof top studio in the Look Out has a desk, two screens and ultrafast Wi-Fi. Combine these with the fabulous sea view a ‘workation’ is not so bad after all!
- Outside
The garden at The Look Out is flat and generous, providing ample space for family fun and games during the day. Come evening, cook on the gas barbeque and dine alfresco. Later, head up to the roof terrace for a sundowner – the perfect end to a busy day on the coast.

Thank you for a wonderful week in the lookout. It’s a fantastic house in a stunning location. The house had everything you could need and so much more, we really appreciate the complimentary items. However you may want to consider a low solid fence at the bottom of the garden rather than the wire fence to give a little bit of privacy from the house below. Thank you to the housekeeper for the immaculate condition the house was left in.
