The Property
Trenala has been recently refurbished and its interior is bright and spacious and decorated in beautiful tranquil colours. It is a perfect house for a family get together. The garden feels pleasantly private and is not overlooked. There is a large table and BBQ for outside dining on those sunny days. It is located in a quiet lane and yet just a quick walk to Constantine Bay Stores and 10 minute walk to the beach. Just hang up your car keys and relax. The perfect beach retreat!
Kitchen, living and dining
The living room is at the front of the house and provides plenty of seating with a smart TV and DVD player and is a beautiful light room decorated in neutral colours. Sliding doors lead to the dining room, with a large table to comfortably seat ten. A well equipped kitchen is accessed through an archway, providing a sociable cooking and eating area. There is a lovely conservatory off the dining room, providing a great space for a glass of wine in the evenings.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are three bedrooms downstairs, a spacious king room, a triple room with 3 single beds and a single room. Upstairs there are another two bedrooms, a super king with the option to make up as a twin (please let us know at the time of booking if you would like the upstairs super king to be made as a twin) and a further twin bedroom. The bedrooms are all light and airy with comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for all of your clothes.

Trenala has three modern bathrooms. There is a shower room off the hall and a further large luxurious shower room next to the downstairs king room. Upstairs the bathroom has a bath for a relaxing soak after a long day on the beach.
There is a useful utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier. A door leads from the utility room to the garden and this is a great space for dogs to dry off from the beach. There is wireless broadband and a landline at the house.
There is access to the back garden and the large sheltered terrace through the conservatory and the utility room. The garden extends right back, providing plenty of space for some games and relaxation. There is a locked shed at the end of the garden, but with a further terrace area - good for getting away and concentrating on some serious sunbathing! There is a good sized table for outside dining and a BBQ.

At the side of the house there is fantastic outside shower and wetsuit rack, perfect for washing off the sand before entering the house. To the front of the house there is ample parking for three cars with further parking on the lane.

Trenala is situated in the heart of Constantine Bay - easy walking to wherever you wish to go! Trevose Golf Club is minutes walk away, providing access to the most spectacular golf course, tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool, as well as a thriving bar and restaurant available to all. The well-stocked Constantine Bay Stores is just at the top of the lane with a range of quality goods that should allow you to avoid your car and the supermarket for quite a while, if you wish. It also provides delicious croissants for breakfast, and pasties for packed lunches. Constantine Bay surfshop next door will ensure you are well-informed and well-equipped to enjoy the wonderful beaches and surf on your doorstep – whether you wish to buy or rent your wetsuits and boards, or book your surf lesson.

The beach at Constantine can be reached down the beach road past the shops in around 10 minutes easy walk. Or you can head across the campsite down to Treyarnon Bay in about the same time - this route is only open when the campsite is open during the season, April to October probably. St Merryn is the nearby village providing pubs and shops, as well as a number of restaurants. Padstow is only 10 minutes drive away - with its array of boutique shops and gourmet eateries.
