Zefyros

Atmosphere

Zefyros is a comfortable and well-presented home just a few yards from Trevose Golf Club. The lounge diner provides good socialising space and leads out onto a lovely sunny conservatory which in turn has access to a large, flat and private garden. The beach is around a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Zefyros is the perfect base for exploring Constantine Bay and further afield.

• Living, dining and cooking

The separate kitchen at Zefyros is well equipped with oven, hob, under-counter fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The freezer is in the garage.  Shaker style cream units are well stocked with all the kitchen essentials to make preparing food on holiday simple. Easy access to the conservatory is possible via the back door.

The living dining area is spacious, with plenty of seating. Decorated in coastal blues with seaside inspired artwork, this is a pleasant place to come together in the evening for food and relaxing. Extra space to relax and eat can be found in the sunny conservatory and this will likely be the hub of the house where everyone will enjoy spending time together.

• Sleeping and bathing

There are 4 bedrooms at Zefyros. The master bedroom is the furthest along the corridor and overlooks the back garden. Crisp white walls with accents of blue make this a calming and relaxing space for a blissful night’s sleep. This room has an ensuite shower room with basin and loo.

The second bedroom is at the front of the house and is furnished simply with a white wooden bed, bedside tables and has a wardrobe and chest of drawers for plenty of storage space.

The first twin room is also at the front of the house and. a large, fitted, mirrored wardrobe ensures there’s plenty of space for all your holiday clothes. The final bedroom is another twin which has views over the back garden.

The family bathroom is located off the main corridor and has a bath, basin and loo. Just inside the front door is a handy shower room with basin and loo.

• Facilities

Zefyros has full central heating throughout making it cosy all year round. The washing machine can be found in the utility room outside. The driveway has plenty of space for 3 or 4 cars.

Outside

From the conservatory there is a good terrace for entertaining and a well-sized garden for sunbathing and games. An oval wooden table provides space for alfresco dining. The rear garden opens at both sides to the front - there is no gate/fence to separate them.

Nearby

Trevose Golf Course is within very easy access, being only about 5 minutes’ walk away. Those who know will testify what a friendly place this is, as well as being a fantastic course. It is often the hub of activity at Constantine – providing a bar and restaurant, tennis and fresh water swimming. In the summer there are plenty of extra activities for all, especially teenagers.

Constantine Bay Stores and Des’ surf shop are just back along the lane, perfect for just about all you need. St Merryn is close and Padstow only 10 minutes’ drive – for larger shops and some retail therapy.

The beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk down the beach path alongside the golf course – or down the beach road. Booby’s Bay and Treyarnon beaches can also be walked to easily. Whether you seek activity and entertainment, relaxation or tranquility, the location is perfect.
