There is an open plan kitchen and dining area with double doors leading out onto the decking to the front of the house.  The kitchen is well equipped and has a double oven, large gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.  It is a sociable area with a large rustic dining table, seating up to 10 people, with 3 junior chairs and a high chair provided.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are stored in the useful utility room to the side of the house.

This bedroom has double doors leading out onto the decking, lovely for waking up and heading straight out into the garden to admire the view.  There is a  useful large cupboard with hanging space and shelving.  The ensuite contains a large walk in shower, basin and toilet.

Twin Bedroom

The twin room has large wardrobes offering plenty of hanging space.  The ensuite comprises of a shower, basin and toilet.

First Floor

The large picture window offers the most amazing views over the bay.    This is a spacious, light room with 2 comfortable sofas and an armchair.  There is a TV, though with a view like this you may not want to watch it at all!

The master bedroom has 2 velux windows, making this a bright welcoming room.   There is a king size bed plus a bunk bed with a truckle underneath.  There are 2 built in wardrobes, providing plenty of hanging space.  The ensuite comprises of a bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet

Highview is centrally heated throughout.  There is wireless broadband and a landline telephone.  There is some mobile reception at the house on certain networks, although Trevone reception in general is not great.  Being a family friendly property, it comes complete with a travel cot, roller stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs and a highchair.

On arrival at Highview, you will find parking on the driveway for up to 3 cars.   There is a useful outbuilding for guest’s to use for storing beach equipment etc.  The large decked terrace offers a great area for outside living, with 4 sun loungers provided for those sunny  days.  There is a large chunky table with benches, perfect for al fresco dining .  The garden has plenty to keep the children occupied, including a play area with slide, swings and monkey bars.

Trevone Bay Surf Store is right on the beach and offers surfboard, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit hire, as well as delicious ice creams and a good variety of beach goods and clothes. There is also a café here serving good coffee, cakes and light meals during the day and is also now open for dinner in the evenings and has a good reputation. The village shop provides newspapers, fresh bread and pasties daily, throughout the main season. Padstow Farm Shop is also a short walk or drive on the coast path towards Padstow and supplies top quality meat and vegetables, amongst other goodies!
Explore the coast path in either direction - round the heading past Hawker's Cove to Padstow, or south to Harlyn, Trevose Head and beyond. Dogs can run free on Newtrain beach all year round, whilst the main beach is suitable for whichever activity takes your fancy - sunbathing, surfing, swimming, rock-pooling, beach games - or just some horizontal downtime soaking up the sun (with a bit of luck!).
