• Sleeping

With six beautifully appointed bedrooms, Wispa comfortably accommodates up to eleven guests. On the first floor, the master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, an ensuite shower room, and stunning sea views that make every morning feel extraordinary. Adjacent to it is a second double room, offering equally spectacular vistas and a comfortable 4ft 6in bed. A twin room, with light and airy décor, completes the first floor.

On the top floor, you will find a cosy double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and an adjoining children’s room – a delightful nook that’s perfect for younger guests. A second twin bedroom on this floor ensures everyone has a restful place to sleep, with breathtaking sea views to wake up to each day. Every double bed in Wispa is furnished with a top-quality memory foam mattress, ensuring ultimate comfort for a great night’s sleep.

Wispa’s bathrooms are as stylish as they are practical. The luxurious family bathroom on the first floor features an elegant oval bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, and underfloor heating for added comfort. The master bedroom benefits from a sleek ensuite with a shower, basin, and WC, while the top-floor ensuite offers a large, inviting bathtub – perfect for soaking after a day of exploring the Cornish coast. A ground-floor cloakroom with a toilet and wash basin adds to the property’s convenience.

The expansive open-plan layout of Wispa is designed for entertaining, relaxing, and creating unforgettable memories. The main living area features sumptuous leather sofas and armchairs, all positioned to take full advantage of the spectacular sea views. A 55-inch Smart TV equipped with Alexa, Netflix, and other streaming services ensures that evenings are as enjoyable as your days out exploring. The large dining table, seating up to eleven guests, provides the perfect setting for family meals, while an electric fire adds a cosy ambiance on cooler nights.

Beyond the main living space, a second sitting area with large French doors opens onto the front decking, offering an inviting spot for quiet reading, playing games, or simply admiring the stunning coastal scenery. The front decking is furnished with high stools, tables, and benches, creating a delightful area for al fresco dining or sundowners with a view.

• Kitchen

Wispa’s kitchen is a haven for food lovers, equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. It boasts a large range cooker with five gas burners and two electric ovens, a double Belfast sink, and ample counter space for meal preparation. The kitchen also includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, slow cooker, Krups coffee machine, and microwave, ensuring a stress-free cooking experience. Double doors lead from the kitchen to the rear terrace, where a kettle barbecue awaits for laid-back outdoor cooking and dining.

• Facilities

Wispa is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full gas central heating ensures warmth year-round, while high-speed fibre broadband keeps you connected. Entertainment is covered with two Smart TVs and a variety of streaming options. For added convenience, the property also features a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, making it a practical choice for longer stays.

• Outside

The enclosed front garden at Wispa is a safe and inviting space for children (and dogs!) to play, while the peaceful rear terrace offers a private retreat for relaxation. The property provides two dedicated parking spaces, with additional roadside parking available nearby for your convenience.

• Nearby

Trevone Bay Surf Store is right on the beach and offers surfboard, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit hire, as well as delicious ice creams and a good variety of beach goods and clothes. There is also a café here serving good coffee, cakes and light meals during the day and is also now open for dinner in the evenings and has a good reputation.
The village shop provides newspapers, fresh bread and pasties daily, throughout the main season. Padstow Farm Shop is also a short walk or drive on the coast path towards Padstow and supplies top quality meat and vegetables, amongst other goodies!
Explore the coast path in either direction - round the heading past Hawker's Cove to Padstow or south to Harlyn, Trevose Head and beyond. Dogs can run free on Rocky Beach (Newtrain Bay), where there is a natural swimming pool, all year round.  From mid May to end of September, dogs are only allowed on Trevone Beach before 10:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. This sandy beach is suitable for whichever activities take your fancy - sunbathing, surfing, swimming, rock-pooling, beach games - or just some horizontal downtime soaking up the sun.
