Jane’s driftwood marvels

We thought you may like a look at some of Jane’s amazing finds from the beaches around us.

Jane is a housekeeping team leader and part-time office stalwart at Raintree. But in her spare time she moonlights for Marine Conservation, checking for and helping out stranded dolphins and such like.

While on patrol, she also collects all sorts from the beaches – and is producing some really interesting pieces. They come with detailed provenance – recording when and where each was found.

All are prepared in variety of ways and become quite ‘different’ as a result – with their natural worn forms being accentuated and preserved. Good fun we think!!
