New Houses For 2017

We have three new houses now live on our site – for the Trevone, Porthcothan or Constantine Bay lovers out there you won’t be disappointed. All are within easy walking distance of the beach (some practically on it) and all will leave you captivated, relaxed and energised by the sea.

1 –Porthcothan – Trephyl

Positioned right on the clifftop above the beach at Porthcothan with the coast path and beach staircase immediately at the end of your garden, it’s hard to get any closer to the sea. There are some truly memorable views from all over the house and when the tides in, hours can be spent watching the waves ricochet and splash off the rocky sides of the bay below.

2 – Trevone – Trebriani

Fresh, modern and spacious with some far reaching views across the bay to Mother Ivey’s and the life boat station. A massive open plan kitchen/living space runs the entire length of the house and opens out onto the adjacent terrace. Finished with an inviting mixture of quality materials, it also benefits from a second upstairs sitting room with a huge triangular glazed front maximizing the views and making the house particularly flexible for groups.

3 – Constantine Bay – Tremawr

Only 6 minutes to the beach and less to the golf course, situated down its own private drive with panoramic views stretching from the beach at Constantine past Trevose Head all the way round to Mother Ivey’s, this is a special house. Perfect for larger groups with 3 separate sitting areas, spacious landscaped gardens and a stunning master suite which covers the entire top floor and saves possibly the best views till last.
