Pensile House Cottage Stayed: 21st Jun 2024

This was our 2nd stay @ Pensile House Cottage – we left a positive review 2 years ago & only have positive things to say again this time. Its dog friendly & the garden is safe. The area is dog friendly & dogs are welcome everywhere which is really nice. Its a great base to work from if your want to explore the surrounding areas – either on foot or by car. Nailsworth is a lovely little town & has everything you need for a stay – the Morrisons supermarket is literally a 5 min walk down the lane, lots of nice cafe’s, bakeries, places to eat. There is an industrial site just below the cottage – yes you can hear it during the week but personally it wasnt a problem for us, there are so many trees that you dont actually realise its there (the view from the cottage is wonderful) Take milk (not provided), take coffee pods if you want to use the Nespresso coffee machine, there was tea / coffee / biscuits on arrival. (huge fluffy) towels provided – but not flannels. GREAT wifi / internet speed!
