Treglos in Constantine Bay

Welcome to Treglos, a luxurious new development of houses and apartments right in the heart of Constantine Bay.
Sitting just back from the beach at Constantine Bay, the Treglos site has long held a special place in North Cornwall’s coastal history. Once the site of the Treglos Hotel, it welcomed guests for generations—offering sea air, warm hospitality, and timeless views of the Atlantic. The hotel closed in 2018 and in recent years, the site has been thoughtfully transformed, evolving into a collection of elegant coastal homes and apartments. Raintree now have five properties at Treglos; two houses – No 1 Treglos and The Look Out, both sleeping 6, and three apartments; Quiescence, No 2 Treglos and The View, all also sleeping 6.

Constantine Bay
The Treglos site enjoys one of the most enviable locations on the north Cornish coast. Just a short stroll from the sweeping sands of Constantine Bay, it offers easy access to one of Cornwall’s most loved beaches — perfect for morning swims, evening walks, and everything in between.
Moments away lies the renowned Trevose Golf & Country Club, home to a championship links course with Atlantic views and a rich golfing heritage. Whether you’re playing a round or simply soaking up the atmosphere, it’s the place to be if staying locally with a restaurant and bar open to non-members, heated outdoor pool open between mid-May and mid-September, tennis and padel courts, plus a beauty salon for when a bit of holiday pampering is needed.
And for everyday holiday luxuries, the well-stocked Constantine Bay Stores is right on the doorstep — a friendly village shop brimming with fresh local produce, fine wines, beach essentials and artisan treats that make self-catering feel indulgent.
With so much within walking distance, there’s little need to rely on the car during your stay. Arrive, park up and enjoy all that Constantine Bay has to offer.
While everything you need is close at hand, the Treglos site also makes a superb base for exploring further afield. The town of Padstow, with its renowned restaurants and picturesque harbour, is just a short drive away. And for those keen to discover more of Cornwall, Constantine Bay offers easy access to the wider wonders of the north coast — from clifftop walks and hidden coves to wild moors and miles of unspoilt coastline. Family-friendly attractions are also within easy reach, including the world-famous Eden Project, making it an ideal base for guests of all ages.
