What Our Guests Say
We are always receiving feedback from our guests – and spend much of our time reacting to comments made or problems found at the houses we manage. Most understand that in such wonderful but individual properties break-downs can occur. We always feel it is how we try to avoid these break-downs and then how we react to minimise these problems that really differentiates us.
And many of our guests agree.
We provide the housekeeping for all but 2 of our houses and are involved with managing and solving problems – we are much more in touch, and ensure problems are rectified as soon as possible. We think our guests notice the difference.
