New houses for 2023

Good news for Seven Bays fans. We’ve got three new houses ready to let already for this year, with a couple more due soon. Watch this space!
Trelyn, Trevone Bay
Coming to Raintree just in time for May half term, Trelyn is a spacious family home with fabulous views in ever-popular Trevone. Sleeping up to 10 in five bedrooms, the house sits at the end of a quiet no-through lane and is within a short walk of both wonderful Trevone beaches.
Spend your days relaxing in the pretty back garden soaking up the summer sunshine, head out to the coast for a walk, or enjoy some family fun on the beach – just a 10 minute or so stroll away. Trevone is well set up for a self-catering stay with a farm shop, beach shop and cafe for all manner of useful beach gear and delicious food. In the evening, watch the sun go down and listen to some live music at Bruno’s bar.
Come home and enjoy the sociable open plan living area, cook a family feast in the modern kitchen, before heading out onto the terrace to watch the sun set over Trevose Head in the distance. Even the washing up is a pleasure at Trelyn with that view! There’s no need to leave your four-legged friends at home as a couple of dogs are welcome too.

Ursula’s Garden, Constantine Bay
Built in the Arts and Crafts style of the early 20th century, and occupying what was once Catharine Dawson Scott’s writing studio, Ursula’s Garden is full of quirky features for a very special seaside stay.
Sleeping 7 in four bedrooms, the open plan living space is perfect for modern living. On sunnier days, spill out onto the terrace for some alfresco suppers. When the weather is chillier, cosy up in front of the woodburner. Two dogs are welcome to stay too.
Ursula’s Garden is available to let from 5th May.
Cornerstones, Constantine Bay
Occupying a large plot in Constantine Bay, Cornerstones is an outstanding family home where high end living and luxurious decor combine effortlessly for a truly memorable stay.
With an upside down arrangement to take full advantage of the views towards the coast, the spacious glass-fronted balcony is the perfect spot for watching the sun go down with an evening aperitif. Trevose Golf Club, Constantine Bay Stores are all just a very short walk away.
