2 new houses for summer – weeks to be made available

We have 2 great houses joining us just in time for summer….Trenala right next door to Penpor at Constantine Bay. Its the sister house, just being renovated now, to Sleep 10, with a great back garden and plenty of space. Its a Wednesday change, with its 1st available week likely to be Wednesday August 8th, with the rest of August available at around £2200. Initial photos coming, and available to book, soon. Email us to express an interest.

The 2nd house is Millingworth Mill – 10 minutes inland, but rather special. It will sleep 6 or 7/8 possibly with 2 extra beds for children. Its first available week is likely to be Tuesday 24th July, priced similarly around the £2200/2300 mark. All summer weeks are available.

Inside its fantastic, and it occupies the most amazing location, in its own domain at the end of a track in the enchanting hamlet of St Ervan. The garden is large and frankly wonderful – full south facing. All the beaches are within 10-15 minutes drive, when you can tear yourself away! Again, get in touch to express an interest.
