We’re recruiting!

As always at this time of year, thoughts turn to recruitment.

We need to grow our housekeeping team from 4 or 5, up to about 10 or 15 for the spring and summer ahead. As usual, accomodation will be a big issue. Unless we can find locals, we are usually looking around for caravans and spare rooms to accomodate the summer staff. Always tricky!

This year we are also looking for a Book-keeper or Financial Manager to help us in the office. I would never guess that looking after 35 houses could be so complicated! Raintree are involved with much more than most letting companies – we provide the housekeeping and assist with caretaking and maintenance for virtually all the hosues we let. Its good this way – we can ensure that each house is ready for the guests – and for you, it means you should get a house thats ready for you…and there is really only one call to make if, very occasionally, its not!
