Beachcombers Stayed: 13th Jul 2019

Excellent house. 12th consecutive year in Constantine and the layout of Beachcombers worked very well for the six of us – we enjoyed our “suite” upstairs. It’s up there as our no 1 or no 2 favourite Constantine house and we’ve stayed in a fair few. The recent refurb was appreciated as the whole house was bright, modern and clean. The bathroom/showers were excellent with plenty of hot water. We have never rented a house anywhere in the UK with a better equipped kitchen and lots of storage space/working area too. We always joke about packing a set of sharp knives, but Beachcombers has a drawer with 25+ sharp knives as well as a knife block. I loved the two Le Creuset style casserole dishes – most places offer cheap pans which are too small for a family of 6. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and love into their rental property and it makes a difference. There’s a good range of board games in the house too which we all played after evenings out. We watered (and used) the herbs and pots by the front door.
