Large Houses

Raintree specialise in large houses right by the best beaches in North Cornwall. Many of our houses are great for two or even three families. To check availability use the search on the home page, enter the number of guests and the date of your proposed stay.

Most of our houses are situated close to one another, and some are even within a few yards of each other—ideal for larger family groups who want to book two or more houses together. Below is a list of the houses that are closest and would be perfect when booked together.

Constantine Bay

Trevone Bay

Bass Cottage and Tregarne are virtually opposite each other in Bowen Gardens.

Treyarnon Bay

South Corner – Morvoren – The Beach House – are all located on the south side of the bay.

Porthcothan Bay

Trevethan House – Sunset – Atlantic Breezes – Wings – Trephyl

Trenouth

The largest of the lot is Trenouth, sleeping up to 20 guests. Including a shepherds hut bedroom and a dormitory style room with 6 single beds – perfect for large groups of children to have a room together. Trenouth is only available for selected dates so best to book up as early as you can for this house.

Aquataine Lodge & Annexe

Aquataine Lodge & Annexe are both seconds up from the beach at Treyarnon and both have spectacular views out to sea. The lodge sleeps 12 and the Annexe a further 4 if you use the sofa bed.

South Tamarisk

Sitting just above the beach at Treyarnon, South Tamarisk can sleep up to 13 guests in 7 bedrooms. With a large upstairs living area to really make the most of the spectacular views there’s plenty of space for two or three families to spend time together by the sea.

Trevethan House

Another bigger style property is the atmospheric Trevethan House at Porthcothan. Sleeping up to 13 guests in 7 bedrooms, the house has huge proportions throughout – swallowing 3 families effortlessly. So if you are planning a trip with a large group – but worried about everyone getting a little on top of each other? Take a look at Trevethan.

The Beach House

The Beach House at Treyarnon Bay will sleep up to 11 guests. The house has fantastic views over the bay and the outdoor heated pool is available from mid-May to late September (check the house page for exact dates).

Trewarren

Trewarren at Harlyn sleeps 10 from 2022, and is a lovely characterful property just up from the beach – perfect for lazy beach days!

Treyarnon Point

Treyarnon Point is an iconic house, known by most by its strikingly dominant position on the headland between Treyarnon and Constantine. It now sleeps 14.

Cheyney

Cheyney at Constantine Bay is a large, modern and breathtaking house – with plenty of glass, bathrooms and style for its 12 guests. It also has a heat pump and the outdoor pergola is great for entertaining.
